The 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards is just a couple weeks away, and Elton John has just shared that he’ll take the Nokia Theatre stage to perform a special tribute.
According to a report, the “Crocodile Rock” legend will honor the late great Liberace, who just happens to be the subject of the HBO biopic “Behind the Candelabra.”
Additionally, “Candelabra” stars Michael Douglas and Matt Damon will also be in the house to present a trophy together.
And just two days after the Emmys (slated for September 22nd), Elton will release his first album in seven years The Diving Board!
