And Miley Cyrus appeared every inch the victor as the strutted into Maxim's 2013 Hot 100 Party in a black Valentino jumpsuit and metallic Saint Laurent platform heels.
The 20-year-old pop princess smoldered in bold red lipstick and smokey eye makeup as she sauntered into the event -- held at nightclub Vanguard in Hollywood -- to claim her title.
