It seems Katy Perry has no need to worry about getting along with the neighbours of her new mansion.For the 28-year-old has invested her hard-earned money wisely in TWO adjacent properties located in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles.

But that's not all - Katy's $11.5million purchase also includes a Spanish-style home on the lot next door.
