A few days off: Taylor and Ed head to Des Moines, Iowa for their next scheduled concert Aug. 1
She rocked the crowd at her sold out concert in Foxborough, Massachusetts the night before.
But as she continues her Red Tour across America, Taylor Swift made sure to enjoy some down time on Sunday. 
Showing no signs of tiredness, the 23-year-old slipped on a vintage-style black and white striped bikini and hit the water for some exercise.
Taylor's paddle board mates included her father and Red tour mate, Ed Sheeran, who also looked to be enjoying himself as the friends skidded across the calm waters.

True professional: The country music star proved herself to be quite the master of the waves as she navigated the water like an expert
