We can all thank makeup artist Tara Savelo for capturing one of Lady Gaga's rawest moments on video: the star getting her septum (the tissue between her nostrils) pierced.
And for your viewing pleasure, the minute-long clip is set to some intense electronic music. The tune is not, we repeat NOT, from her upcoming album, however. "The music's not from the album, it's from the experience xoxo," Savelo clarified on Twitter.
