The 41-year-old pop star was returning to his homeland alongside his four-year-old twin sons Matteo and Valentino - born in the U.S. via a surrogate mother in 2008.
What does it mean? Ricky first debuted the red leg tattoo in 2011, but he appeared to have recently added some green ink to it
Tattooed star: The six-time Grammy winner has a total of six tattoos, including a naked woman representing the four elements of nature on his left bicep, and an Aramaic tattoo of the Lord's Prayer on his right bicep
Ricky's boys: Matteo sported a pirate hook on his right hand while his brother Valentino matched his blue T-shirt with his wrap-around glasses
