Ian Somerhalder will star in an action-thriller movie called The Anamoly

Ian Somerhalder has joined the cast of the upcoming action thriller The Anamoly.

The 34-year-old actor will star alongsideLuke Hemsworth in the film that follows the travails of a traumatized ex-soldier who wakes up in the back of a van, alongside a kidnapped boy, to find that he only has nine minutes and 37 seconds of consciousness to work out why and how he got there.

The Anamoly will shoot in London and also star Pitch Perfect‘s Alexis Knapp,Noel Clarke, and Brian Cox.
