But as his problems continue to intensify, Selena Gomez appears to be blowing off some steam now that she's enjoying life without him as she was spotted out at Disneyland on Wednesday.
However the rumour mill kicked into overdrive, as the 20-year-old was spotted getting close to fellow musican Austin Mahone, 17.
Come & Get It singer Selena, 20, was hanging out with friends at the Disney amusement park on Wednesday with a number of female friends.
Male interest? Up and coming singer Austin Mahone was also at the theme park
Just friends? Selena and Austin hung back for a little more privacy as they continued to get to know each other
