"Pretty Little Liars" Spin-off announced

ABC Family announces Ravenswood a Pretty Little Liars spin-off series premiering this October.
The new series, set to premiere this October, comes from PLL co-showrunners I. Marlene King, Oliver Goldstick, and exec producer Joseph Dougherty. The drama takes place in the mysterious town of Ravenswood that is located near Rosewood. Ravenswood centers on five strangers who are suddenly connected by a fatal curse that haunts the city, prompting them to dig into their hometown’s past before it’s too late.
Pretty Little Liars' third annual Halloween special will introduce the spin-off's main characters, according to Deadline. PLL, meanwhile, has been renewed for a fifth season.
