The “I Kissed a Girl” singer looks gorgeous in her photo spread, thanks to the skillful eye of lenswoman Annie Liebovitz and a fabulous rose-patterned vintage dress.
Perry put all of her Twitter followers on notice, tweeting, I see you @voguemagazine July cover! #KatyPerryJulyVogue.”
