DMTN′s Daniel admitted to the drug charges pressed against him in his first trial.
The singer attended his first hearing held on April 30.
Bianca Mobley, who had also been indicted on the same charges, did not attend.
Daniel admitted that he had assisted in the spread of marijuana, and also that he had smoked the drug, from 2012 to 2013.
Daniel was booked without detention in March for violating drug laws.
He had apologized through his agency at the time, saying he admitted to the charges and was sorry for rousing concern.
The second hearing will take place on May 9. Bianca Mobley will be summoned again to this hearing.
