Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun Teases With Kiss Scene For Upcoming Drama “Passionate Love”

Girls’ Generation‘s maknae Seohyun is growing up!

Recently, SBS released a preview of their upcoming melodrama “Passionate Love,” starring  Sung Hoon and Choi Yoon Young. The preview shows Seohyun and Sung Hoon talking about the meaning of love, and ends with a kiss scene between the two. 

Seohyun will be playing the character of Han Yoo Rim, the male lead Sung Hoon’s first love. Seohyun has previously revealed that she is working hard on the character for her first drama effort.

Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun Concentrates on the Set of Her First Acting Gig

Girls’ Generation‘s youngest member Seohyun is now hard at work on her first drama, “Passionate Love.” In a recent release, the idol is shown on the set of “Passionate Love,” in which she appears in the first few episodes.

“‘Passionate Love’ is my first acting work, so it is different and meaningful,” Seohyun said. “‘Passionate Love’ fulfills another part of my life and I am really happy.”

In the drama, Seohyun plays Han Yoo Rim, a college student who wins the heart of the male lead, who in his younger years is played by Lee Won Geun. Through Seohyun and Lee Won Geun’s pairing, they hope to draw out the feelings of first love.

“These days, Yoo Rim is in my head all day. It will not leave until ‘Passionate Love’ is revealed to the public. I am honored to work with the respected director, producers and great senior actors, and the best staff,” Seohyun added. “Since this is my first effort, I am still lacking but they help in my hard work.”

Seohyun further said that she has been interested in acting since her childhood. Her role in the drama is close to her real life, as away from the stage, she is also a normal college student at Dongguk University where she is majoring in acting. She is fulfilling her dreams with the steps she has taken in her acting.

“Passionate Love” premieres on SBS on September 28.

Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun Seen Out Shopping

Girls’ Generation‘s Seohyun is “head over heels” over shopping, quite literally.

According to Ilgan Sports, on June 25, Seohyun was seen at the Seoul Gangnam Keum Kwang shoe store in a cute outfit.

She wore a cool, yellow toned sleeveless blouse perfect for the summer. She paired the shirt with a pair of lace, white colored shorts. To complete the look, she wore a pair of reddish pink heels. Seohyun’s slim figure and fashion style made her stand out immediately among the crowds.

She looked at multiple pairs of shoes, such as wedges and strapped sandals. She tried them on, one by one, and looked in the mirror after putting each pair on. Seohyun looked very carefree as she shopped and took some time for herself.

An employee at the shop said, “Seohyun’s sense of fashion is quite impressive. Every pair of shoes that she picked was a hit this season with our other customers. The favorite that she picked out, a pair of high black wedges, is so sophisticated, trendy, and yet also comfortable. She will certainly turn heads.”

Girls’ Generation Seohyun Reveals Picture Showing Her ’91 Friends!

Wow they certainly look friendly! Girls’ Generation Seohyun recently posted a picture of herself with her ’91 line friends. (Celebrities who were also born in 1991)

Seohyun wrote on her official homepage June 12, “Seo Chin So! (Short for introducing Seohyun’s friends) The loyal ’91 line friends (Kara’s Nicole, SHINee‘s Key, Infinite’s Hoya, and Sungyeol) and the cute dongseng Infinite’s Sungjong. Although they are not in the picture, miss A’s Min, SHINee’s Minho and Ock Joo Hyun unni who Joo Hyun (Seohyun’s real name) likes the most! Thank you everybody. Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung and Seohyun Go Back to School for “High Cut”

Girls’ Generation members Sooyoung and Seohyun recently appeared on the photo shoot spread of “High Cut” magazine as sweet female college students. They also gave a brief interview with the magazine as well.

When Sooyoung was asked, “How do you feel about people calling your legs,’chopstick’ legs?” she replied, “Although I appreciate being recognized for being slim, I honestly wish I could gain some weight. I wish I had healthier legs.” When asked to show some aegyo, she said, “If I happen to find the person I love, I’ll gladly show aegyo. But until then, noway.” 

When the two girls were asked, “Which SM artist do you think would’ve thrived in a different occupation?” Seohyun answered, “Super Junior‘s Siwon, because out of the entire SM family he is famous for behaving and dressing like a politician. The nickname just stuck because of his gentle manners and the way suits flatter him.” As for which SM Entertainment member would be the best secret agent, Sooyoung nominated Lee Yeon Hee because, “She’s physically fit and she seems like she can keep a secret because she’s usually reserved. Plus, she has a pretty face and you wouldn’t suspect she was an agent.”

On April 21, Seohyun updated the fans on Girls’ Generation’s official homepage. She left the message, “Hello~ This is Seohyun and Yuri. 20th concert from the Japan arena tour! It was our last day~! Kyak!! Can’t believe it’s already the last day~ We all had a great time so we didn’t realize how fast time went~” (special note: In Korean, she used her name as part of the sentence in a cute, joking manner. She continued, “This picture was taken on a day we rested and enjoyed a date during a warm spring day. Seo Sparrow and Donald Yul!! Six SM Artists Compete for Data in New Commercial Series

Super Junior‘s Siwon and Kyuhyun, Girls’ Generation‘s Seohyun and Yoona,f(x)‘s Sulli, and SHINee‘s Minho came together to do a commercial series for SK Telecom’s LTE Service.  

A representative of SK Telecom said, “We are highly anticipating these SM Entertainment artists to introduce the ways to give, take, make, and share data. SK’s LTE and these top artists meet to share fun stories with our customers.”

In the videos the six SM artists share data and compete with one another in a charming episode that will delight not only fans but anyone watching. The series will continue and use social networking sites to involve the viewers.
