Lee Hong Ki and Fujii Mina’s Last Date on “We Got Married Global Edition”

Lee Hong Ki and Fujii Mina filmed the last episode of their married life for “We Got Married Global Edition,” according to Sports World.

In their house, Hong Ki and Mina made fried chicken for their last meal together because he had been craving chicken for a while.  While Mina prepared the food, Hong Ki went around the house searching for pieces of a puzzle she had prepared, and he was touched by her sincerity in a handwritten letter.

A line of Mina’s letter read, “Even when he wasn’t next to me, I was happy to know I could say, ‘I have a husband.’”

They even visited the cafe where they first met. Hong Ki said in an interview, “I keep thinking that I should have done this differently or that differently. I feel bad because I should have treated her more in a way that she wants to be treated by a guy.”

Mina said, “It’s weird, but I remember everything about that first day so clearly. I’m really glad he does too.”

They finished saying farewell after watching a movie together. At Hong Ki’s last event, Mina broke down in tears.

FT Island member Choi Jong Hoon recently modeled for a fashion shoot spread in “Elle Korea” magazine for its July issue. With tousled hair and a chiseled upper body, Choi Jong Hoon succeeded in teasing fans by taking his shirt off. The photo shown below reveals Choi Jong Hoon in the middle of taking off his shirt, creating quite the sensual appeal for readers and viewers alike.

FT Island′s Lee Hong Ki to Release ′Nail Book′

On June 23, FT Island′s agency revealed that Lee Hong Ki will be releasing a Nail Book containing his thoughts on nail art.

Lee Hong Ki said through his agency, "I′m happy to be releasing my first book, and I hope a lot of people read it."

The book contains a special photo spread, interesting anecdotes and useful nail tips across 144 pages.

Some sections show Lee Hong Ki′s affection toward his fans, as they talk about how he came to relate with his fans through nail art and new nail art designs he came up with for his fans.

Lee Hong Ki′s Nail Book will be released on July 12 in Japan and Korea. Pre-sales have started at the FNC Store, Yes24, Interpark, Kyobo and other internet bookstores.

A special edition of the book comes with a ′lucky box′, which holds 30,000-50,000 won′s worth of nail art products.

FT Island Successfully Launches Its Arena Tour in Japan

FT Island launched its arena tour with a bang.

Member Lee Hong Ki tweeted, "I was so happy. Thank you so much," along with a photo from the Miyagi Sendai concert the band held on June 15.

In the photo, the FT Island members are shown posing with sweaty and reddened faces onstage while their fans stand behind them.

Leader Choi Jong Hoon said about the concert, "I still feel the emotions because the concert let the tour start off well."

"I was happier because we cared for every little detail for this concert," Lee Hong Ki shared, while Lee Jae Jin and Choi Min Hwan said, "We became exhausted while preparing for the concert, but we feel great that we made our performance more exciting than any other we held before."

The members agreed that the biggest achievement was that they were able to show how they had matured as a band and receive great energy in return.

Song Seung Hyun said, "I felt again that the five of us can put on a great performance, and I′m happy we′ve taken another step forward as a band."

The band will next perform in Shizuoka on June 22. It will then go on to Nagoya from June 25-26, Osaka from June 29-30, Nagano on July 7, Tokyo from July 10-11 and Saitama from July 13-14.

FT Island Sings ′Freedom′ Before Its Release in Japan

FT Island sang its upcoming single for the first time onstage before its release.

FNC Entertainment revealed on June 3 that "FT Island performed at the Seoul Girls Collection in Tokyo, held on June 2 at the Tokyo Ariake Coliseum."

The band performed a total of four songs, including its hits I Hope, Top Secret, I Wish and the new song Freedom.

Local press and fans especially got worked up about the performance as it was the first time FT Island revealedFreedom, the promotional single of its upcoming studio album Rated-FT, to be released on June 12.

FT Island left for Japan on June 2, and from June 15 will embark on its arena tour, the FT Island Arena Tour 2013 ~Freedom~. In July and August it will also hold concerts in Singapore and Hong Kong.

In the meantime, Lee Hong Ki will make his big screen debut in Japan with Passionate Goodbye.
