Later in the evening, the 29-year-old songstress took to Twitter, excitedly writing, "So excited to share my #LetMeGoVideo, featuring my husband Chad Kroeger, with everyone!!! Watch it now on @VEVO."

Check out the premiere of Avril Lavigne‘s latest video for “Rock N Roll“.
The 28-year-old singer plays animated character Tank Girl in the Chris Marrs Piliero-directed clip featuring cameos from Danica McKellar, Billy Zane, and Sid Wilson from the band Slipknot.
“It’s finally here!!,” Avril wrote on her Twitter account. “Go watch the video for #RockNRoll and let me know what you think!! #RockNRollMusicVideoPremiere.”

Looking like she may have emerged from the Thunderdome, Avril Lavigne filmed her new music video for "Rock N Roll" in Palmdale, California on Thursday (July 25).
The "Sk8er Boi" singer donned a green strapless top, a mini camouflage skirt, black studded knee-high boots, and a black helmet with bullets draped over her shoulder.

Giving her fans a new tune for the summer, Avril Lavigne released the full audio to her track, "Rock N Roll" on July 18.
Although many artists have specific plans on when they will unveil new work, the 28-year-old songstress left this premiere up to her fans.
“YES! I’m so excited to finally announce that my next single is Rock N’ Roll! I can’t wait for you all to hear it,” Avril tweeted as she gave her fans the challenge of getting the news trending.
Happy about the success and enthusiasm of her followers, Lavigne wrote, "YES!!! You did it!! Trending Worldwide! You can listen to Rock N Roll here."

It’s going to be one of the biggest pop music events of the year, and the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival just unveiled the list of performers slated to hit the stage.
Including names like Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Elton John, Adam Lambert with Queen, and Chris Brown, it seems the two-day shindig will have plenty of variety.
The 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival will kick off on September 20th and go until the last note is played on September 21st at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

She has become known for her rock and roll style since her music breakthrough more than ten years ago.
So it was no surprise that Avril Lavigne did not opt for traditional white for her wedding to Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger on Monday.
New photographs show the 28-year-old Canadian star sporting a strapless black bridal gown after tying the knot with Chad at a château at the South of France.

Taking her second stab at marital bliss, Avril Lavigne said “I Do” with Chad Kroeger during a beautiful ceremony in the South of France on July 1.
The Nickleback rocker and his “Complicated” lady invited 50 guests to the Chateau La Napoule in Mandelieu, France where they exchanged vows and became husband and wife.
An inside source told press, "Yes, they're married. It was a wild, all-night party with drinking, dancing, incredible food and lots of laughter and tears of happiness."
There was even a fireworks display over the Mediterranean shore- "Avril and Chad had glasses of wine in their hands and were kissing as fireworks popped overhead and sparkled down. It was a magical moment and everyone was overwhelmed!"

2013 Much Music Video Awards-winners,red-carpet and performances

Taylor Swift had the crowd begging for more.

The Red singer made her very first appearance at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto one to remember on Sunday - and ended up winning the 'Fave International Artist of the Year' award for her song, 22.

Meanwhile, the crowd popular Demi Lovato also won big, scooping up the award for Best International Video of the Year for her single, Heart Attack. 
As predicted, Canadian rocker Avril Lavigne walked the arrivals line with her fiance, Nickelback singer Chad Kroeger.

Viral Video of the Year went to Psy for his Gangnam Style.

Your Fave Artist of the Year went to Justin Bieber - a Canadian - for As Long as You Love Me. 

Bieber, however, was a no-show to the event.

Avril Lavigne rocks a leather jacket on the cover of Nylon magazine‘s Music issue for June/July, on newsstands May 29.

On her upcoming album: “Lyrically, I pushed myself to talk about different subjects I haven’t talked about before. I didn’t want to be so simple. I tried to really express myself and go deeper.”
On fiance Chad Kroeger: “He’s nice, and real, and kind. For me, it’s about having a connection on a deeper level. Be romantic!”
On herself: “I’m so transparent. If I’m not being myself, I won’t do well, and that goes for writing songs, work, relationships, everything. And if I’m not happy, people are going to know that.”
