Stars at Gravity NYC premiere

It was an event full of A-listers on Tuesday (October 1), when "Gravity" premiered at AMC Lincoln Square Theater in New York City.
Old pals and co-stars in the film, George Clooney and Sandra Bullock took time to pose together on the black carpet while the "Heat" funny lady looked stunning in a short white sleeveless dress.
Also scoping out the film was Katie Holmes, who wore her hair in a ponytail with a short hot pink dress and nude heels. Nearby, Emma Watson looked cute in a white, off-the-shoulders dress with a matching clutch.
Directed by Alfonso Cuarón, the movie follows a medical engineer and an astronaut who must work together to survive after an accident leaves them adrift in space. "Gravity" hits theaters on October 4th.

Her red carpet getup's appear effortless, but Emma Watson can admit she always puts in extra effort when preparing for the flashing lights.
In the latest issue of Net-A-Porter's The Edit, the "Harry Potter" beauty opens up about her work with the Green Carpet Challenge (GCC) and also shares her special routine to prevent any public outing woes.
On her career: "I don't do anything by halves. I have to go all in. I just want things to be perfect. If I'm going to put my name on it, I want it to be something I love."
On the Green Carpet Challenge:
"I was like, 'No one's doing anything like this!' It's so exciting. I've always had this huge problem, I would love to wear garments that are ethically sourced, but there aren't enough options for me to be able to do that realistically. [So when she met Livia Firth] it seemed like [the project] was something I had to do, something I've been waiting for."
On her red carpet dress tests:
"Getting ready for an event can feel like a lot of pressure. You have to consider, 'Will people see up my skirt? If a flash goes off, can you see through this?' So I'll do a test sitting, a testing standing... it's nerve-wrecking. People really scrutinize. On the red carpet, I'm usually in so much discomfort - my shoes are uncomfortable, I can't breathe in the dress. I don't compromise like that in my everyday style."
On her People Tree collection:
"Though they were tiny collections, they seemed to raise awareness and groundswell of interest."

Emma Watson is officially confirmed to star in the upcoming film adaptation of Your Voice In My Head.
The 23-year-old actress will start production on the film in November in New York City.
The flick is based on Emma Forrest‘s inspirational story of a young bipolar English woman living in New York City and the heroic and selfless psychiatrist who saves her life while fighting for his own.

Fresh off her "Woman of the Year" announcement, Emma Watson lands the cover spot of British GQ's October 2013 issue.
While striking a few poses for the gorgeous spread, the former "Harry Potter" beauty opened up about how she keeps herself calm during those intense Hollywood moments.
"I meditate to stop the noise. I'm in my head a lot," the 24-year-old actress explained. "I needed to slow down my thought process so everything gets a lot quieter."

Emma Watson is fierce and elegant on the cover of Teen Vogue‘s August 2013 issue.
Here is what the 23-year-old Bling Ring actress had to share with the mag:
On her early success: “I think, in a way, I was very protected during Harry Potter, because I was working all the time. I would get in the car, go to the studio, and go home… It’s past the point now. Harry Potter was so massive, I don’t know if [my other projects] would even touch it, honestly, even make a dent.”
On walking the red carpet: “Every now and again, I feel a bit wobbly before hitting a red carpet. So it’s always nice to bring friends, especially because I love to see their reactions. It’s not normal to get out of a car and have, like, 80 people screaming at you, and so when they say, ‘This is crazy,’ it makes me feel slightly more sane.”
On her future plans: “I wish so badly that I could have a plan. I’m someone who likes to be organized and know what she’s doing, and this industry just does not permit that in any shape or form. You never know when a movie is going to start, if it’s going to get financing, where it’s going to be.”

This is the end-movie LA premiere

Stepping out to promote their new summer comedy, the cast of "This is the End" headed to the premiere at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday.
Directed by Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen, the flick follows a party at James Franco's house while the apocalypse unfolds outside.
In attendance to support the star-studded movie were Seth Rogen, Emma Watson, Mindy Kaling, Paul Rudd, Jessica Szohr, and Peter Facinelli.
With a cast filled with big names, "This is the End" may bring in the box office numbers when it hits theaters on June 12th.

As for her wardrobe in the upcoming film “Bling Ring,” Emma declares “Who wouldn’t love to go to work in Uggs and very low-slung tracksuit bottoms? At one point I told the costume designer, ‘You can see my bra strap in this top; shouldn’t we pin it?’ And she said, ‘No, sweetie — Nicki (Emma’s character) is all about her bra strap showing.’ I was like, Right, okay, different mind-set.”
