Stars Celebrate Independence, Super Junior Eats Out and More





Happy Independence Movement Day, Korea! The stars took to the Twitterverse today to celebrate the national holiday as well as to spread some cheer with cute selcas.

2AM’s Jo Kwon was among the many stars who tweeted an image of the Korean flag like the one above on March 1.

The 2AM leader tweeted a simple, “Today is 3.1,” referring to Korea’s Independence Movement Day along with the image, while Wonder Girls’ Yubin tweeted, “Today is 3.1!! Instead of thinking of it as just another holiday, why don’t we meditate on the meaning behind Independence Movement Day, be thankful and have patriotic hearts once again??^^.”


Meanwhile, Se7en tweeted a photo of himself actually holding the Korean flag on March 1 with the caption “Independence Movement Day.”


After School’s Lizzy’s tweeted a few selcas from her trip to Lotte World a few days ago on March 1 with the caption, “I went to Lotte World a few days ago♥.”


Kara’s Goo Hara tweeted a few selcas of herself nerding it up in glasses on March 1, writing “Babo Hara has set out to give you some joy this sluggish afternoon!”



Actor Kim Bum tweeted a photo with Psychometry costar Kim Kang Woo on March 1 with the message, “Psychometry! We’re going to Cheonan and Daegu to meet all of you today! See you in a bit ^^^^?”

Kim Bum is everywhere these days, and we love it.


 Super Junior member Choi Siwon tweeted a photo as well his latest whereabouts on March 1, writing “My indonesia families! I miss you tons :^) hope to see you with joyful hearts on the 8th. im in shanghai right now!”


A few hours before, Yesung tweeted two photos with the Super Junior members with the caption, “Super Junior is having a good time right now^^.”


Kyuhyun also tweeted a photo with his fellow members on March 1, writing, “Having fun and eating deliciously after wrapping filming with Donghae, Eunhyuk, Yesung and Kangin hyungs! Pajeon is jjang on rainy days!^^ ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ.”


Actor Lee Joon Gi posted a photo on his Weibo account on March 1 along with the message, “On set! A person is most happy when working. On set is the happiest place to be.”
