The 2013 American Music Awards' nominees revealed

Awards show season is alive and well, and the 41st Annual American Music Awards just unveiled their list of nominees.
“American Idol” legend Kelly Clarkson and Black Eyed Peas mastermind will.i.am had the honor of announcing the names of the hopefuls in each category, and competition is going to be fierce.
The 41st Annual American Music Awards will air on ABC on November 24th.

Robin Thicke announces Blurred Lines Tour along side Jessie J

His song "Blurred Lines" was one of the songs of summer, and now Robin Thicke has announced a fifteen city North American tour.
Posted to his Twitter account on Friday (September 13), Thicke said, “Excited that I’ll be on tour with @JessieJ & @DJCassidy. For info, head to robinthicke.com.”

Robin Thicke covers Treats! magazine

His hit single "Blurred Lines" has become the number one song for Summer 2013, and now Robin Thicke reveals the true inspiration behind the racy video in the latest issue of Treats! magazine.
During the interview with the publication, the 36-year-old singer chatted about the shoot and even revealed what wife, Paula Patton, really thought about the "Blurred Lines" banned music video.
On shooting with fully naked women: "It was very sexy and I like that. At first I thought, 'Okay, let's just do topless'... but, again, my wife and her friends were like, 'No way... go all the way.' I think we definitely pushed the envelope."
On Treats! inspiring "Blurred Lines" video:
"When I was talking to my wife and her friends about the video they said, 'Do something like Treats! because you love it so much. I wanted to give homage where homage was due. We wanted to pay it all forwards about our inspiration from Treats! for the 'Blurred Lines' video."
On the infamous banned music video:
"All three guys in the video are married and have children... It was all tongue-in-cheek... We wanted to put everything in that was taboo. Bestiality, drug injections, etc. In fact, after the video was banned on YouTube my wife tweeted, 'Violence is ugly. Nudity is beautiful. And the 'Blurred Lines' video makes me wanna...' We wanted it to be as silly and fun as possible. "

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton cover Prestige Hong Kong magazine

He's been struggling with cheating rumors for the past few weeks, but now Robin Thicke is showing the world how much he adores his wife Paula Patton in the September 2013 issue of Prestige Hong Kong.
During the interview, the "Blurred Lines" hitmaker and "Hitch" beauty open up about their marriage and reveal their influence on one another.
Robin
On Paula:
"I don’t know if I would still be alive in some ways if it wasn’t for Paula. She’s been my rock, my muse, my inspiration and I love her. The whole way."
On parenting his son, Julian:
"My son is my good-luck charm; he’s made me not think about myself all day long. All of a sudden he shows up with his beautiful smile and perfect energy and makes me go, 'Ah, forget my little problems.' He’s an amazing child."
On discovering his songwriting talents:
"The first songs that I wrote was when I was about 11 or 12 years old. I started to teach myself how to play piano. All I needed was a few chords and I would write a whole song. And then I’d learn a few new chords and I would write a new song for that. I think it was all just determination."
Paula
On Robin:
"I’ve been there for his down moments and he’s been there for mine. Life is full of peaks and valleys. Robin has always been a great person to remind me to celebrate now. Even when it looks like I’ve got a role but don’t know for sure, he’s like, 'Let’s celebrate!'"
On supporting each other:
"Robin got me ready for every single acting audition I’ve ever done. We read lines together when I’m working on movies. He’s my coach. I listen to every song he writes and help however I can, and I’ve written songs with him."
On spending down time together:
"We watch movies. Just sit and contemplate – we have a house with a bit of a view. Listening to music. Talking about what’s going on in our lives. We’re best friends. We laugh a lot. But that’s our down time. We do the things you’re supposed to do, like work out – blah, blah, blah, boring, boring. We love to travel together and travel with our child. Get out of the house. Because our house is a mad house. We don’t have normal jobs. So it’s always a work house. Robin makes music at home and my job when I’m not on set always brings people into our home."

Their marriage was engulfed by scandal after an Instagram picture emerged that appeared to show Paula Patton's husband Robin Thicke groping a 20-year-old's bottom.
The blonde - later identified as Lara Scolaro - even went on to claim that she passionately kissed the 36-year-old singer at a VMA party last month, where his wife, 37, was also present.
But the couple were determined to prove that any groping is going to remain between the pair of them as they put on a show at his album launch in New York on Wednesday.
