After hours of practice, Super Junior’s Eunhyuk finally participated in the anticipated diving competition on SBS’ Barefooted Friends but ended up shedding tears.
On July 11, Eunhyuk, along with Kang Ho Dong, Yoon Si Yoon, Kim Hyung Joong, and other cast members of SBS’ Barefooted Friends, entered the 1st Kim Cheon International Masters Diving Competition.
Eunhyuk took his dive on the three meter platform diving division. As the ace of the team, Eunhyuk′s performance was highly-anticipated, so when a small error occurred, it hit Eunhyuk the hardest.
“There was a moment of error after Eunhyuk made his jump," said producer Jang Hyuk Jae. “After the match was over, Eunhyuk cried a bit because he was disappointed.”
But the producer said that he was very thankful that the cast made time to practice a sport that is already difficult even with years of training.
The episode will air on July 21.
