Emerging from an upscale Italian eatery with new girlfriend Toni Garrn, the 38-year-old lothario flashed a cheeky smile and a telling two thumbs up.
Seemingly unaware of her beau's rave review, the 21-year-old model was busy saying goodbye to one of their dinner companions with an enthusiastic hug.
