Lea Michele thanks fans for suport as she posts a photo with Cory on Twitter

She's not been seen publicly since the tragic death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith.
But grieving Lea Michele took to her Twitter page for the first time on Monday to thank her fans for their support.
'Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support,' she tweeted.
And she added simply: 'Cory will forever be in my heart.'
