On Tuesday, the Jonas Brothers treated a crowd at St. Paul, Minnesota's Xcel Energy Center to a rocking set for We Day Minnesota, a celebration of the state's young community service leaders. The very next day, the trio cancelled their 19-date fall tour, with their spokesman Jesse Derris admitting to People, "There is a deep rift within the band."
Apparently the brothers, who had been set to kick off their tour on Friday, got into a huge fight about their "musical direction" sometime last weekend. Derris says it's unclear what will happen with the band moving forward. TMZ reports that the cancellation "may be a precursor to an official breakup."
The cancellation leaves oldest brother Kevin, 25, with more time to spend with his wife Danielle, who is expecting their first child. It remains to be seen how this will affect the release of V, the fifth studio album that the brothers planned to release independently this year.
