Trends are constantly being recycled in fashion, and FT Island has managed to pull off a look we didn’t expect to (and hoped wouldn’t) come back so soon in its latest spread for Marie Claire magazine’s accessories book.
We’re talking about Park Jin Young’s infamous plastic look.
Plastic isn’t for everyone, but FT Island’s Choi Min Hwan and Choi Jong Hoon proved real rock stars wear vinyl, as they are seen rocking the shiny material for the spread.
It seems more men than women are rocking bolder prints lately, especially on the idol scene (SHINee and Infinite, to name a few), and FT Island hasn’t missed a beat, as the members are also seen wearing dizzying prints as well as pastel tones fit for the spring season.

We’re not quite sold on the vinyl jackets, but thank goodness the boys went with plastic tops and not bottoms like someone else we know.
