She has largely kept quiet as rumours of a split with her fiance Liam Hemsworth have continued to swirl.But Miley Cyrus has now decided to wear her heart on her sleeve - quite literally. The 20-year-old star got a new tattoo on her forearm on Friday - a mini replica of Leonardo da Vinci's anatomical heart drawing.
Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D did the inking, tweeting the results on her Twitter page. 'Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus,' she wrote. 'A miniature rendition of a da Vinci anatomical heart!'
The star also posted the original black and white illustration next to the photograph.
Miley was clearly proud of the new inking, retweeting Kat's post. The star got her tattoo underneath an existing inking of roman numerals.
