And now Angelina Jolie has added yet another inking to her already-vast collection, debuting the new etching as she began work on her new movie in Sydney, Australia, on Monday.
The lengthy piece of writing on her right arm appears to be in Arabic, and sits directly below another Arabic script tattoo Angelina has which means Determination.

Anjelina Jolie will receive the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award

Angelina Jolie is set to receive the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award at the 2013 Governors Awards this November.
The 38-year-old actress will be getting an Oscar statuette for the award, which is given “to an individual in the motion picture industry whose humanitarian efforts have brought credit to the industry.”
The Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences is presenting the award to Angelina for being “an impassioned advocate for humanitarian causes, traveling widely to promote organizations and social justice efforts such as the Prevent Sexual Violence Initiative.”
Angelina will be getting the award alongside Honorary Awards recipients Angela Lansbury, Steve Martin, and Piero Tosi at a ceremony on November 16 at the Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center.

She has not been seen on a movie set since it was announced she underwent a preventative double mastectomy following the discovery that she had an 87% chance of developing breast cancer.
But on Sunday, Angelina Jolie stepped back onto the set of her latest project Unbroken, a film she which she is directing.
It appears to be the first time that the 38-year-old actress has been back in the movie world since her brave decision, and the star looked elegant in a long skirt and blouse as she talked to crew members in Los Angeles.

Tinseltown is a competitive scene, with plenty of beautiful and talented ladies for each gig that comes up, and Forbes just released their list of the top-earning actresses in the field.
Coming in at #1 is Angelina Jolie, who scored a $13 million raise from last year to earn a total of $33 million from June 2012 to June 2013.

And not surprisingly, Jennifer Lawrence nabbed the runner-up spot thanks to an impressive $26 million salary over the past 12 months.
Kristen Stewart came in third with $22 million, falling from last year’s top spot when she brought home $34.5 million.
The fourth place finish goes to Jennifer Aniston ($20 million), while Emma Stone landed at #5 with $16 million in earnings.

And after recently going public about her double mastectomy - and encouraging women across the world to get regular check ups - Jolie put another worthy matter before the world stage on Monday in her capacity as a U.N ambassador. 

The 38-year-old actress made her debut before the U.N.'s most powerful body as a special envoy for refugees - and urged the world's nations to make the fight against rape in war a top priority.

She told the Security Council that 'hundreds of thousands - if not millions - of women, children and men have been raped in conflicts in our lifetimes'.

Jolie, a goodwill ambassador for the U.N. high commissioner for refugees, said the Security Council has witnessed 67 years of wars and conflict since it was established 'but the world has yet to take up warzone rape as a serious priority.'

'You set the bar,' she told the council. 'If the ... council sets rape and sexual violence in conflict as a priority it will become one and progress will be made. If you do not, this horror will continue.'
