He stole the hearts of millions with his character McDreamy on Greys Anatomy but Patrick Dempsey seems to be McCheeky in real life. The 47-year-old actor was seen giving his wife Jillian Fink an affectionate slap on the bottom, as the pair enjoyed a dip in the sea. Patrick laughed as he placed his hand onto his wife's derriere and was clearly in a playful mood.
The couple were cooling off during a hot day in the Caribbean, spending time with their children as they made the most of paradise.
